By engaging AdBuddie LLC ("AdBuddie," "we," "us") for any service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the provision of paid advertising management and organic social media services.
AdBuddie provides digital marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads management, and organic social media management. Scope is defined in the project proposal or service agreement signed by both parties.
All ad creatives, copy, and strategies developed by AdBuddie remain the property of the client upon full payment. AdBuddie retains the right to showcase anonymized results as portfolio case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AdBuddie's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 30-day period. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, platform outages, or changes in ad platform algorithms. Results from advertising campaigns cannot be guaranteed.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination without notice may occur in cases of material breach, non-payment, or illegal activity. Client data and account access will be returned upon termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
